Upon registration, you are expected to understand that:
1) This board was originally created by the founders so that they'd have somewhere to have some good laughs with their friends. Even today, this board is very much the opposite of serious. If you wanna fit in, try not to take anything too seriously, and follow the few rules set in place.
2) An Admin's words are law. This does not mean an Admin may ban someone everyday, but they will not hesitate to punish unruly members.
